I’m updating my previous review after a recent visit.
During my follow-up appointment, the doctor mentioned that the earlier crown fitting issue may have been related to the scanning process or machine. While I understand that technical issues can happen, it was somewhat confusing from a patient’s perspective, especially considering the discomfort and follow-up it required.
I appreciate the clarification and the clinic’s effort to redo the scanning and crown. I’ve since completed the re-scan and am currently waiting for the new crown.
Overall, the team has been professional and friendly throughout. I’m looking forward to a perfect fit with the new crown.
I recently had a dental implant done here and wanted to share my experience honestly.
The overall process was smooth, and the staff were professional and friendly. However, there was an issue with the crown fitting. After the initial scan, done by another doctor (not the head doctor), the crown had a slight gap, which caused food to get stuck and eventually led to some infection. This was quite uncomfortable and something I feel could have been handled more carefully during the first scan.
That said, I really appreciate how the clinic handled the situation afterward. When I returned, the head doctor acknowledged the issue and kindly offered to redo the scanning and crown completely free of charge. I truly appreciate this gesture and the doctor’s professionalism in making things right.
I’ll be going for the re-scan soon and hope this time the fit will be perfect.

Honestly an amazing experience.. I came all the way from kl and it was very wroth it.. My parents recomended that I go here to get my tooth extracted.. I had my first tooth taken out in thiland and that was also a good experience but this was even better I was blown away with how quick painless and efficient the extraction was.. I was quite fearful as it's never easy getting the tooth taken out but the way the nurses held my hand and Dr Karthi finished the job within 10 min.. Highly recommend you come here if you are somone like me who's a bit anxious about these kind of procedures.. Bless 🙏
